About us
We're a content and ads agency for fashion and accessories brands. We plan and shoot each brand's content, then turn it into Meta ads that sell. You'll cut our shoot footage into vertical videos for ads and social. The mission: Every shoot turns into 10 client-ready vertical videos, cut from the footage to the approved plan, delivered on time and finished within 2 revision rounds. Outcomes (how we'll judge the work)
• First drafts land within 5 business days of getting the footage, and each revision round within 1 business day.
• The batch passes our Content Lead's first review.
• No batch ever needs a 3rd revision round.
• If you're missing something, you flag it the same day. Nothing sits blocked for more than 1 business day.
• Every video is exported as 9:16 plus a clean high-res master, named to our standard, with the project kept in our workspace, never only in a personal account. Competencies we're hiring for
• Skilled DaVinci Resolve editor (we work in Resolve Cloud)
• Strong sense of pacing for short-form ads: the hook in the first seconds, no dead air
• Follows a brief and brand references closely
• Reliable on deadlines
• Detail-checker on specs and file names
• Raises blockers early
• Integrity: keeps all work in our systems, and never contacts a client directly

What you'll do
• Edit 10 vertical videos per batch from our shoot footage,



to the approved content plan
• Export each as 9:16 plus a high-res master, and upload with a short handoff note
• Handle up to 2 revision rounds per batch
• Work from our briefs, with our Content Lead and Project Manager Pay and load
• Fixed pay per batch (10 videos from 1 shoot): $1,000 USD. No hourly billing.
• You start with 1 client and grow to 2-3, then up to 5 batches a month after 60-90 days of on-time, low-revision work. How we hire
• Apply with links to your short-form work, with ads or Reels preferred, and answer the 5 questions below.
• 20-minute screening call.
• Career walkthrough interview. We go through each past role: what you were hired to do, what you achieved, the low points, and why you left.
• Reference calls with past clients or managers. We'll ask you to set them up.
• First real batch, paid at the normal rate, with a closer review from our Content Lead. There's no unpaid test. Application questions
