Position Summary
As the Lead Manufacturing & Sustaining Engineer, you will take ownership of sustaining engineering initiatives while driving manufacturing readiness for current product introductions (NPI). Partnering closely with Product Development, Product Management, Quality, and Operations, you will lead technical reviews, mentor team members, improve product reliability and cost structures, and maintain factory-wide quality standards.
