As a senior leader within our Engineering Services team, you will help drive strategic growth, strengthen client partnerships, and oversee the successful delivery of high‑impact infrastructure projects. Your Role
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and market share in the engineering services sector.
Business Development
Maintain a highly visible market presence across the region.
Lead strategy development and execution for the business/division to deliver on market growth in both volume and profitability, incl. size growth potential, target priority segments, define the Go-to-Market approach including pricing policy.
Steer the BU / Division sales funnel.
Oversee bids with budget over $5m: craft bid strategy, make Go-No Go decisions and validate offers, challenge delivery set-up (incl. GTC share).
Manage own portfolio of clients (usually Key Accounts), take direct leadership on related proposals.
