We’re Hiring: Head of Sales | Toronto, Canada Head of Sales to lead and scale a high-performing sales team at a well-established Canadian immigration and citizenship services organization. This is an exciting opportunity to own revenue growth, build a predictable sales engine, and lead a team in a high-volume, inbound-driven business. Lead and grow a team of 8–9 sales professionals across multiple service lines. Own revenue forecasting, sales targets, and team capacity planning. Drive weekly pipeline reviews, performance tracking, and revenue predictability. Establish coaching routines, including call reviews, role plays, and one‑on‑ones. Recruit, develop, and manage high‑performing sales talent. Partner with Marketing, Growth, and Operations to improve lead quality and conversion rates. 5+ years of sales experience,



including 1–2+ years in sales leadership. Experience leading high-volume B2C, SMB, or high‑velocity SaaS sales teams. Proven success owning revenue forecasts, quotas, and team performance. Strong coaching, hiring, analytical, and performance management skills. Currently authorized to work full‑time in Canada. Based in Toronto and comfortable working in‑office approximately 3 days per week.
