Key Responsibilities:

- Underwrite new business submissions and make risk acceptance decisions
- Review, negotiate, and process renewals and policy endorsements
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with brokers
- Build and maintain strong broker relationships




- Provide underwriting guidance and technical support to brokers

Requirements:

- Four to seven years of Commercial Lines underwriting experience
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills evaluating complex risks
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Skilled written and verbal French and English communication
- University degree, college diploma, or CIP designation
