You will contribute to data reporting and advanced analytics initiatives, including ML/AI capabilities, moving from operational reporting to insights that influence decisions across sales and post-sales services.

Key activities include enhancing the Call Analytics tool with sentiment analysis, helping forecast costs with the Cost Profiling tool, and supporting KPI
