About the Role:
Ready to be the go-to person for everything people at a growing company? Brilliant Harvest is hiring an HR Generalist to build and run our HR function. You’ll find and hire great people, make sure they have a robust start, and support them and their managers through performance, growth, and the occasional tough conversation. You’ll also keep the essentials running smoothly - payroll, benefits, WCB, safety, and privacy. It’s a broad, hands-on role where you’ll have a real say in shaping our culture and how we take care of our team as we grow.
Reports to: Finance & Operations Manager
Location: Western Canada, ideally Calgary, in-person in Calgary every 2 months for a few days
