Job : As a member of Mental Health Services, the Social Worker is an integral member of the multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include screening, crisis intervention, counselling, goal planning, consultation, preparation of reports, data collection and client, family and public education. Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
Basic - Computer skills
Knowledge in applicable policies, procedures and standards
- Knowledge of mental health and mental illness issues in a variety of settings
- Knowledge in mental health and mental illness across life cycle
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Mental Health Services Act/related legislation
