Analyze production costs, variances, and key performance indicators to support operational efficiency.
Participate in the calculation, monitoring, and optimization of product costing.
Prepare financial and operational analyses to support business decision-making.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing operations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial and operational processes.
Participate in optimization initiatives and system implementation projects in collaboration with corporate and operational teams.
Act as a liaison between Operations and Finance to ensure the accuracy, quality, and relevance of the data being analyzed.
Education: You hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: You have 3 to 7 years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or manufacturing accounting within an organization operating under Canadian accounting standards.
Manufacturing Expertise: You have a solid understanding of manufacturing environments and a solid knowledge of cost accounting and cost structures.
Analytical Skills: You can interpret complex data and transform it into practical, value-added recommendations.




Computer Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Experience with Power BI is considered a strong asset.
Asset: You hold a CPA designation or are actively pursuing one.
