Senior Director and Head of Royal Distinction is accountable for anchoring and acquiring Direct Investing's most profitable and strategically important clients across Canada. Leading a team of approximately 55 full-time employees, this leader drives ~$6.5 billion in new annual volume growth, and services clients holding a combined ~$85 billion in assets under administration. This role is critical to our One RBC strategy, with direct accountability for integrating Wealth Management Canada and Direct Investing client relationships and delivering an exceptional, differentiated client experience that sets RBC apart in the self-directed industry.
Act as a One RBC leader who enables cross-business collaboration, introducing clients to RBC partners (Wealth Management, Private Banking, Business Financial Services) to meet all banking and investment needs
Direct accountability to the Wealth Management Investor Day target to increase shared clients between Direct Investing and Wealth Management Canada by 45k by 2029

Minimum 10+ years in Wealth Management, Direct Investing, or financial services
Minimum 5+ years in a team leadership or management capacity, managing teams of 20+ employees
