AbCellera seeks a Clinical Systems Analyst to support clinical trial system implementations and user operations for their growing pipeline. The role involves training, validation testing, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration between Clinical Operations, Digital Quality, and IT teams.
Responsibilities
Provide user training, support, and troubleshooting for clinical systems across the organization
Design, create, and execute validation test scripts to ensure GxP and business requirement compliance
Coordinate with vendors on configuration changes, upgrades, and technical issues
Support change management and release activities related to protocol amendments and system updates
Analyze system issues and trends to develop action plans for training and improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
- 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO environment
- Working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and Health Canada regulations
- Experience with clinical trial systems such as RTSM, EDC, or eCOA
- Solid documentation practices and attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and French preferred
