This role is part of the Product Engineering department and you will report to the Engineering Manager, Web.Your Impact- You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, our Data Ops team, and other engineers to research, plan, design, and build features that drive user adoption of Fleetio’s product.- You will quickly create user experiences throughout the app and experiment to increase engagement from trial users.- You will build systems to provide customized onboarding for users during their trial period and spend time improving feature areas around various app modules to increase usage and reduce churn.- The Growth engineering team is in its early stages, and you will have a strong voice in setting direction for both the team and the product experience.Your Experience- 4+ years experience with ReactJS, Typescript- Previous experience working on a Growth engineering team- Varied experience building full-stack web-based systems and features- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases,
