We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to lead our Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD) Flavours Communications, who will champion 7UP & MOUNTAIN DEW growth in Canada.

A change leader and influencer, this role will set the agenda, be a strong people champion and ensure strength of execution to deliver both short-term and long-term results.

Lead the development and execution of key Marketing Programs, including owning the brand’s social media strategy
Foster collaborative working environment for a comprehensive agency team (Advertising, PR, Media, Promotions and In-Store) to deliver quality execution of programs on time and on budget
Partner with Sales Strategy, Field Marketing, Away from Home and Shopper Marketing teams to ensure strong customer pull-thru and executional excellence for all programs




Lead communication with Field Sales organization on brand initiatives during key meetings
Effectively lead and deliver robust execution against brand plans to meet key business targets (volume, gross sales, profitability, equity spend)
Work proactively with key business partners to identify key variances affecting brand and business performance and recommend/execute actionable solutions
Bachelor's Degree required; preferably in business/marketing.
Over 6 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods marketing.
Proven track record of analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
Demonstrated success in superior consumer marketing.
