Type: Full Time
Pay Rate: $18.50 - 19.50 per hour
Shifts: Monday - Friday Shift Timing: 0800-1700

We are currently seeking experienced and qualified Security Supervisor to join our team in a dynamic environment. As a Security Supervisor you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets through patrols, monitoring, and incident response.



Supervise daily security operations and act as primary liaison between client and management, ensuring compliance with all procedures and post orders.

- Lead, coach, and support security staff, including scheduling, training, and on-the-floor guidance.
- Enforce access control protocols, including screening staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Conduct and oversee patrols to identify risks, hazards, and suspicious activity.
- Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems to detect and address security concerns.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, providing direction to staff and coordinating with emergency services as needed.
- Assess situations, make real-time decisions, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Deter theft and loss through proactive supervision and enforcement of security procedures.
- Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience working in security.
- 3+ years experience as a Security Supervisor, managing miniumum 10 employees
- Preferably ex-military or loss preventation to high-theft locations
- Excellent administrative and computer skills are a must, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software.
- Paid training and development programs.
