As a Sales Associate, your objective will be to provide an exceptional shopping experience that will encourage positive customer connections and brand loyalty.

Promote an excellent customer experience, including but are not limited to:

Greeting and serving customers

Problem-solve for any customer issues and loop in management for assistance

Manage complex customer service situations by applying a high touch level of assistance to VIP clientele on a regular basis and in turn ensure VIP clientele retention

Actively listen and act on any instructions given by management or superior as defined by management at any time

Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Attend and participate in occasional work meetings





Hold yourself accountable for shift punctuality and proactively communicate to manager if obstacles arise

Serve as an ambassador to the brand by leveraging your innate sensibility, style, and pre-established connection to the local and broader communities where our brands’ culture flourishes

1 year of previous sales or customer service experience

- Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience
- Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
