Baxter seeks a full-time Filling Operator for day-shift production at its Alliston facility. The role involves operating IV bag filling equipment, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products meet manufacturing standards in a rapid-paced GMP environment.
Responsibilities
Visually inspect filled IV bag assemblies for quality standards and proper volume
Fill IV solutions into various bag sizes and position bags into protective over-wrap
Weigh filled bags at intervals and load sealed assemblies onto sterilizer trucks
Perform quality checks throughout production process and document rejected items
Maintain clean and safe work area using 6S principles and follow SOPs and cGMP
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Experience with repetitive manufacturing tasks
Manufacturing or quality experience in GMP environment
