Use integrated marketing, analytics, and customer insights as an Insurance Marketing Specialist with CAA North & East Ontario in Ottawa. This hybrid position combines home and office work.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will develop data-driven programs supporting member value, qualified leads, and revenue growth. The work spans mass media, direct marketing, digital channels, market research, and performance measurement. You will help differentiate CAANEO insurance offerings within a regulated marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop integrated strategies, annual plans, audiences, channels, and performance measures
- Execute television, radio, print, email, direct mail, and telemarketing campaigns
- Coordinate SEO, AEO, GEO, PPC, and social media execution
- Analyze campaign performance using Power BI and Bloomreach CRM




- Optimize targeting, conversion, ROI, messaging, and brand consistency

Requirements:

- Post-secondary marketing degree or related diploma
- Three to five years of progressive comparable marketing experience
- Integrated campaign experience across mass media and digital channels
- Marketing analytics, CRM, automation, reporting, and performance measurement experience
- Solid communication, project management, storytelling, and analytical skills
