Drive customer growth with Cintas as a Route Service Representative in Ottawa, combining account service, sales, and regulated vehicle driving. This full time Rental Division position serves an established customer base along an assigned route. You will deliver and collect uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and facility service products. The work is physical and indoor/outdoor.
Key Responsibilities:
Build rapport with key customer decision makers
Deliver and pick up facility service products
Resolve customer concerns proactively while ensuring quality standards
Upsell and cross-sell products and services
Negotiate renewals and control inventory safely
Requirements:
Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license
Ability to meet Provincial regulated vehicle requirements
High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to meet physical requirements
Represent Cintas in Ottawa through route driving, customer service, account growth, and professional product delivery.
