This Franchise Business Manager coaches franchise owners, Operations Leaders, managers, and crew across approximately 40 to 60 franchise-owned locations. You will analyze performance data, provide operational guidance, and connect franchisees with Five Guys corporate offices. The role emphasizes business management, financial analysis, relationship building, and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Build trusting relationships with franchise owners and restaurant teams

Analyze key performance indicators and identify operational trends

Provide hands-on coaching across assigned franchise-owned locations





Deliver timely communications between corporate offices and franchisees

Model Five Guys Core Convictions and brand standards

Requirements:

Five or more years of related multi-unit experience

Restaurant experience is required for this position

Understanding of financial analysis and financial statements

Understanding of franchise and related business documents

Four-year college degree preferred
