Mikkelsen-Coward is seeking an Automation Estimator to join our Controls Department in Winnipeg. The role focuses on developing accurate quotations and project estimates for building automation and controls projects, with hands-on training and mentorship.

You will review drawings, prepare estimates, coordinate pricing with suppliers, create bills of materials, and support project costing. Robust organization, problem-solving, and teamwork are essential, and Excel experience is a plus.
