Urban Legal Recruitment is seeking a Coordinator for Student & Associate Career development in our Calgary office for a one-year contract. You will work closely with students, associates, lawyers and firm leadership to attract, develop and retain talent and deliver a robust student and associate lifecycle program.
Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment, onboarding, professional development, performance management, engagement and retention initiatives, and supporting local and
