Position Overview: The Enterprise Solution Architect (ESA) plays a crucial role at bridging our three practices: Microsoft Delivery, Hybrid Cloud, and Network and Security. ESAs foster cross-disciplinary collaboration, resulting in comprehensive blueprint designs that meet our clients’ unique requirements. As an ESA, you will leverage your extensive technical skills and industry experience to drive significant business transformations for our clients.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, strategic consultant, and visionary, blending technical acumen with innovative thinking while playing an essential role in sales and delivery enablement.

You will collaborate with the sales team and solution specialists to secure and lead the delivery of professional services enterprise engagements. By developing AI strategies and roadmaps,



technology strategies and roadmaps, you will address business challenges with innovative solutions. Today, more than ever, our clients are wrestling with AI and how to drive adoption, measure benefits whilst controlling costs and managing risks.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate at senior levels in client organizations, including the executive level (CXX).
* Provide trusted technical leadership and insights, building strategies and roadmaps to drive measurable business value.
* Articulate AI adoption and strategies based on a deep awareness of the current AI market and the capabilities and challenges with AI.
* Develop approaches to client challenges and take the client on a journey to develop

practical solutions.
* Collaborate with the sales team and solution specialists to identify opportunities for improving client engagement and developing professional services enterprise engagements.
* Lead architectural design projects, providing creative solutions to business and technical challenges.
* Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships, acting as an expert in technical knowledge and business understanding.
* Guide the strategic direction of projects beyond technical implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives.




* Communicate strategies and technical details clearly to executive and operational IT teams
* Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, to implement best practices and enhance end user experiences.
* Drive innovation and develop new service offerings based on market trends and customer needs to support sales.
* Foster a culture of innovation and problem-solving, encouraging the team to challenge existing methods and think creatively.
* Work collaboratively with multiple divisions across Compugen, (Professional Services, Managed Services and Technical Services) to build integrated solutions across these divisions whilst presenting 'One Compugen' to the client.

Skills and

Qualifications:

* 15+ years of experience as an ESA, or in a similar technology leadership role, with a robust focus on AI and strategic AI adoption, Microsoft technologies including Copilot and Cowork, Azure, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Endpoint Management, Security.
* Broad AI experience with Frontier models, various LLMs and agents.
* Diverse technical experience across multiple technology stacks such as: network, cloud, data center, security, etc. with other major vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, HP etc.
* Solid business and consulting skills.
* A proven track record of creative problem-solving and innovative solution design.
* Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, bridging the gap between technical details and strategic business objectives.
* Relevant technical and business-oriented certifications.
