- Administer defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans
- Oversee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations




- Provide educational consultations to staff regarding benefits
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations
- Maintain accurate reporting on benefits plan integrity
