We are seeking a Law Clerk with a minimum of 2 years experience in litigation, preferably in insurance defence or personal injury, to join our team. You will be working on both tort and accident benefit matters.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Brief and summarize documents and files
- Prepare and review affidavits of documents
- Follow-up correspondence and updating of undertakings charts
- Preparation of pleadings
- Attend and assist with preparation for trial or hearings
Education and Qualifications
- Completion of a Law Clerk or Paralegal program is an asset
- RRSP matching program
- Salary $55,000 - $75,000 commensurate to experience, plus bonus
