Real Estate Law Clerk Our client, a highly regarded law firm located in the north end of Toronto is in need of a Real Estate Law Clerk to join its team. You will have the chance to work with industry leaders in this area of law Commercial purchase, sale and financing transactions, including drafting documentation and corresponding directly with clients and other lawyer’s offices Preparing reporting letters and accounts to clients Drafting and amending all correspondence Drafting closing documentation for commercial purchase, sale and financing transactions, including preparing necessary corporate documentation A diploma in a related Legal Administration and/or Law Clerk program or equivalent years of experience ~3+ years of experience in a similar position in a Commercial Real Estate Law practice ~ Proficiency with PC Law, Microsoft Office Suite, Teraview and Conveyancer ~
