We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented accountant to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing account payables, filing documents, and ensuring the smooth operation of financial record-keeping processes. This position requires work to be done in-person. Duties: Accounts Payable: Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring all invoices are accurately recorded and paid. Filing and Documentation: Organize and maintain filing system. Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with relevant accounting standards, company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Education:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:
Previous experience in an accounting role, specifically handling accounts payable and filing, is preferred. Software
