Supportive Team: Work alongside a team of experienced healthcare professionals who value collaboration and excellence. Perform wound assessments, and provide follow-up wound care in client's homes, adhering to best practice standards. Assist the Nursing Supervisors in developing and implementing treatment plans Utilize wound care tools and supplies provided. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided. Current LPN license in British Columbia. Valid First Aid and CPR certification. Completion of current Criminal Record Check Experience with wound care is an asset but not required.



Willingness to learn and develop wound care skills is ideal. Training will be provided. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with healthcare professionals, client’s family members, and relevant organizations to meet clients' best interests and goals. Great computer skills to ensure accurate and timely completion of client care documentation using our online systems.
