Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) is seeking an HR Generalist to support wellness and disability management programs, as well as projects related to learning and development, perks, and other HR initiatives. The role involves proactive disability management, coordinating STD/LTD, WSIB processes, and advising managers.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years HR experience, knowledge of disability management, and strong communication skills to collaborate across divisions.
