- Friday | 7:00am
- 4:00pm Partner with departments, terminals, and customers to address and eliminate barriers in equipment and freight movement. Ensure timely and accurate performance reporting, volume forecasting, and scorecard updates. Schedule and confirm pick-up and delivery appointments. Conduct data entry with precision and attention to detail. Maintain and update customer portals to reflect current and accurate information.



Respond proactively to customer needs, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and urgency. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Knowledge of the transportation industry, including dispatch, dock operations, and equipment utilization, is a solid asset. Technical Proficiencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to create detailed reports in Word and Excel. Strong typing and general computer skills. High volumes of communication via email and phone. #
