Customer is seeking an AMADA CNC set up operator to set up, program, and operate AMADA turret punch presses. Role includes tooling, first-piece verification, reading drawings/CAD output, adjusting programs, troubleshooting machines, maintaining quality and production targets, and following safety procedures. Minimum 2 years hands-on experience setting up and operating AMADA CNC punch presses Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD/CAM output, and produce accurate first-piece inspections Competence with basic CNC program edits, tool selection, and setup documentation Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) and quality control checks Strong attention to detail, protected material handling, and ability to meet production schedules Do you have direct experience setting up and operating AMADA CNC turret punch presses?
