In this role, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a producer's book of business while providing qualified guidance and exceptional service to a diverse commercial clientele. As a Commercial Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for: Managing and servicing a commercial insurance portfolio; Preparing, reviewing, and issuing insurance documents, including quotations, certificates, endorsements, and invoices; Assisting in the development of marketing strategies and the placement of risks with insurance carriers; Processing policy changes, rate revisions, retention activities, and inbound service requests; Handling renewals and providing professional advice on coverage options and risk management solutions; Responding to client inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service; Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance partners. Valid AMF Commercial Insurance License (required); Minimum of three (3)
