About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and seasoned General Manager to lead operations and drive growth in Kimberley . This comprehensive leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of the business unit, including operations, sales, finance, and human resources, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for optimizing performance, managing P&L;, and fostering a positive work environment. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely combined with necessary in-office responsibilities in our Kimberley location, providing a balanced approach to leadership. Oversee the daily operations of the business unit, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L;) for the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.



Lead and develop a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration. Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management or general management role. Proven track record of successfully managing P&L; and driving business growth.
