Operate production equipment in Alliston as a Kiefel and Regrind Operator, using quality checks, documentation, and safe material handling. Baxter seeks a full-time permanent operator for the Monday-to-Friday afternoon shift, 15:00 to 23:00. You will operate the Weigh Blender and PVC Grinder while supporting Kiefel and Sub-assembly activities. The work requires manufacturing or quality experience, troubleshooting, accurate documentation, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
Operate Weigh Blender and PVC Grinder safely Perform QA inspections and complete GDP documentation Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and adjust machinery Enter shop floor data and order raw materials Transport materials using safe lifting and handling equipment

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required Manufacturing or quality experience in a GMP setting Experience troubleshooting mechanical problems Accurate documentation and demonstrated problem-solving skills Flexibility for overtime and rotational responsibilities Bring equipment operation, quality documentation, and material-handling skills to Baxter’s Alliston manufacturing team on afternoons.
