Serve BCAA customers in Burnaby, recommending insurance and memberships while building trusted relationships through knowledgeable, personalized service. As a Service Advisor, you will promote BCAA memberships, travel insurance, ICBC, and optional auto insurance. You will collaborate with Support Teams and Underwriting to recommend suitable coverage. This customer-facing position supports progression toward becoming an Insurance Advisor through training, licensing, and product knowledge development.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
At least two years in sales and service Level 1 Insurance license or commitment within 45 days Autoplan Essentials or commitment within three months Limited Errors & Omissions history and positive standing Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Bring customer service, insurance knowledge, and problem-solving skills to BCAA’s Service Advisor team in Burnaby.
