Position Summary
The Quality Control and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for ensuring product compliance at various stages of the process, from receiving goods through to shipment. This position ensures compliance with product specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
The Coordinator also plays an important role in monitoring non-conformities, maintaining quality control documentation, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and promoting positive quality practices throughout the company.
Responsibilities
Receiving
- Receive goods and shipments from suppliers.
- Verify quantities received against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Inspect the condition of goods and report any damage or discrepancies.
- Verify product references, models, serial numbers, or lot numbers when required.
