As a Client Engagement Associate on the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will support clients in a banking centre. Answer questions, assist with transactions, explain banking products and services, and connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members. You will help clients manage accounts, complete basic product sales, and identify specialist referral opportunities. The regular position requires 33.75 weekly hours and flexibility for banking centre evenings, weekends, and multiple nearby locations.
