As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will inspire employees to deliver quality experiences for guests, owners, and employees. You will lead up to 25 Room Attendants while overseeing Public Space teams, promoting service standards, and supporting a seamless guest experience. This position requires previous housekeeping or hotel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure room cleanliness and daily service quality
- Oversee public space cleanliness and service delivery
- Coach and develop up to 25 Room Attendants
- Lead daily briefings and team meetings
- Promote BMR Health and Safety standards

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of housekeeping or hotel experience
- Previous leadership experience with conflict management success
- Strong interactions with guests and employees
- Intermediate computer knowledge and required MS Office skills
- Property Management software knowledge is an asset
