This 0.4 FTE position works Tuesdays and Wednesdays at the Cochrane clinic, with additional Calgary shifts potentially increasing hours. You will support technologists, radiologists, and patients through reception, booking, examinations, and clinic coordination. Medical terminology, anatomy, customer service, and accurate information handling are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and complete timely examination admissions
- Confirm patient information and review examination requisitions
- Book appointments and answer telephone inquiries
- Escort patients and navigate clinic modalities




- Maintain confidentiality and prepare reports, images, and deposits

Requirements:

- Completed Receptionist, Clinic Assistant, or DI Assistant training
- Health Information Office Assistant, Unit Clerk, or Medical Office Assistant certification
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Typing speed of 45 words per minute or better
- Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
