You coordinate commercial construction operations while keeping property owners, adjusters, and stakeholders informed. Key Responsibilities:

- Scope restoration work and prepare accurate quotations
- Complete job costing, estimating, and invoicing
- Schedule projects and coordinate teams onsite
- Inspect progress and work quality against timelines
- Resolve client disputes and complaints professionally

Requirements:

- Three or more years in restoration or commercial contracting
- Full Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Ability to travel up to 75% annually
- Microsoft Project or scheduling software familiarity
- Robust English writing and communication skills
