As Sales Assistant, you will support the Key Account Manager with RFQs, quotations, presentations, and customer communication. The work includes project orders, invoicing, customer master data, and sales documentation. You will coordinate SAP processes across departments, including Logistics and Quality, while tracking deadlines and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support RFQs, quotations, presentations, and customer communication
- Maintain customer records, sales documentation, and contact lists
- Track requests, action items, deadlines, and follow-ups




- Manage project orders through pre-serial programs and engineering changes
- Administer supplier portals and support SAP data maintenance

Requirements:

- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Zero to two years of relevant experience
- Microsoft 365 proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid attention to detail and structured analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
