Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. seeks a seasoned HR skilled supporting assigned client groups. You will partner with operational leaders, HR colleagues, and union representatives. The work spans employee relations, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop people strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead workforce and succession planning initiatives
- Guide employee relations investigations and conflict resolution
- Manage grievances and collective agreement interpretation




- Coach leaders on performance and workforce planning

Requirements:

- Three to seven years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Required CHRL designation; CHRE considered an asset
- Expertise in employee and labour relations
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
