The Investment Specialist processes applications, transactions, and trades for Financial Horizons, a Canada Life company. This role requires investment product knowledge, careful application review, advisor communication, and Microsoft Office experience. You will work extensively with WealthServ, back-office systems, and insurance carrier websites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scrub received applications while meeting required service-level agreements
- Contact advisors for missing information or required signatures
- Enter applications and complete trades in WealthServ




- Follow up on transfers and update current WealthServ data
- Retrieve and respond to incoming email inquiries

Requirements:

- Specialized knowledge of investment products, especially Segregated Funds
- Minimum five years in insurance and financial services
- Proven experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of WealthServ is an asset
- Post-secondary education or equivalent
