Lead deposits, billing, and commissions for Manulife in a hybrid Waterloo, Ontario position requiring financial oversight and team leadership.

The Manager, Deposits, Billing & Commissions reports to the Director, Sponsor Financial Services. You will lead two teams, maintain financial controls, and collaborate across Finance, Risk Management, Underwriting, Sales, and Financial Integrity & Controls. The work supports accurate sponsor financial transactions and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee premium allocation and sponsor billing activities
- Ensure accurate commission calculation, validation, and payment
- Manage suspense accounts and aged financial exceptions
- Lead two operational teams through coaching and development
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, risks,



and operational metrics

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, business, accounting, or related discipline
- Three to five years' progressive financial operations leadership experience
- Experience leading multiple teams and developing employees
- Ability to analyze complex financial issues and impacts
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
