This Recruiter leads hiring for technical, engineering, manufacturing, sales, management, corporate, and launch-related positions. The work spans intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination. You will partner with HR and hiring managers while maintaining candidate experience and hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruiting from intake through onboarding coordination
- Recruit technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate positions
- Develop pipelines supporting launches, expansions, and growth
- Conduct screening interviews and present qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews,
feedback, offers, and background checks
Requirements:
- Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Technical, engineering, or manufacturing recruiting experience preferred
- Solid direct-sourcing capability with passive candidates
- Proficiency with applicant-tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
