Coordinate purchasing and accounts payable in Tiverton while managing inventory, procurement records, and Maximo CMMS data for Maintenance.

Greenfield Global seeks a full-time Purchasing/AP Administrator reporting to the Maintenance Manager. This role supports purchasing, procurement, invoice processing, inventory controls, and computerized maintenance management. You will coordinate materials, equipment, parts, tools, chemicals, services, and operational requirements while maintaining accurate records. The position also supports vendor communication, reconciliations, audits, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders for site requirements
- Review invoices and reconcile purchasing documentation for payment
- Maintain inventory records, controls, and replenishment activities




- Update purchasing, inventory, and asset information in Maximo
- Support audits, improvements, and cross-functional operational projects

Requirements:

- Post-secondary trade or business education focused on purchasing
- Minimum three years of relevant work experience
- Experience reading and using P&ID; drawings
- Maximo CMMS and D365 experience considered an asset
- Solid organization, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
