- Review high volumes of invoices submitted through Concur.
- Ensure invoices are accurately coded and routed to the appropriate individuals for authorization.
- Monitor invoice workflows to ensure accuracy and proper processing.
- Process payments through cheque, EFT, and other payment methods.
- Handle intercompany transactions (trainable).
- Prepare journal entries as required.

About you:

- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience with high-volume invoice processing and review experience.
- Intermediate Excel skills, particularly PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.
- Experience with NetSuite or Concur is mandatory.
