This Product Control Specialist manages production control and planning activities within Raytheon Canada’s Operations team. The position coordinates approved materials, kits, schedules, shipments, and inventory activities. It works with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering to support production and customer requirements. Candidates need a college diploma or equivalent relevant experience and at least two years in production control or planning and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate material requirements and coordinate controlled material flow
- Create and pick kits for scheduled manufacturing release




- Develop cycle counting techniques to minimize inventory shortages
- Coordinate shipping packages and cross-functional sell-off activities
- Monitor production materials, assemblies, priorities, and potential problems

Requirements:
