Lead automotive engineering and program management for a Tier 2 manufacturer in the Kitchener-Cambridge area, guiding technical execution from planning through production.

Ellos HR Solutions is partnering with an established automotive manufacturer seeking an experienced Engineering Manager. You will lead three Program Managers and oversee engineering delivery across launches, manufacturing processes, and customer requirements. The role requires automotive manufacturing experience, program management strength, and knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and engineering changes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Engineering function and direct three Program Managers
- Oversee automotive programs through development, launch, and production
- Ensure quality, timing, cost, and manufacturability requirements
- Support APQP, PPAP, launches, changes,



and improvement initiatives
- Review milestones, resources, risks, priorities, and program performance

Requirements:

- Engineering management experience within automotive manufacturing
- Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive supplier experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- Experience leading Program Managers, Engineers, or technical teams
- Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, GD&T;, and customer requirements
