C. Fraser Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Hemodialysis team. The position requires post-graduate specialty education in Nephrology, or interest in pursuing sponsored specialty education. You will assess patients, coordinate care, and collaborate with families, Physicians, and inter-professional teams. Clinical nursing experience and BCCNM registration are required.

Key Responsibilities
Assess patients on admission and at regular intervals Plan, provide, and evaluate nursing interventions Coordinate care plans with patients, families,



and care teams Teach patients and families about self-care and discharge planning Document assessments, interventions, outcomes, and referrals

Requirements:
Graduation from an approved School of Nursing Current Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM Two years of recent related clinical nursing experience Post-graduate Nephrology education or applicable clinical certification Ability to initiate intravenous therapy and recognize acuity changes Apply your nephrology knowledge, assessment skills, and team-oriented nursing practice within Fraser Health’s Hemodialysis team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
