The typical hiring range for this role is between $XXX,XXX and $XXX,XXX CAD annually. Your base pay will reflect the market location and may vary based on your experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, eligible partners in this role may participate in our bonus program, designed to recognize contributions and impact, in addition to annual bean‑stock grants.
